(2.) This is the first application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail. The applicant apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.596/2019, registered at Police Station Dehat District Hoshangabad for the offence under Sections 306 and 34 of IPC.

(3.) It is alleged that deceased Manorama committed suicide by consuming acid. The present applicant is husband of the deceased has caused harassment and torture to the deceased as a result of which, she consumed acid. On the basis of aforesaid, offence has been registered against the applicant.
