(2.) This is first bail application filed on behalf of the applicant under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

(3.) The applicant is in custody since 22.01.2020 in connection with Crime No.09/2020 registered at Police Station-Lamta, District-Balaghat (M.P.) for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(N) , 328 , 342 and 506 part-II of the IPC .
