JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard on both applications filed under section 439 of CrPC for grant of bail on 24.1.2020 and 12.3.2020.

(2.) M.Cr.C.No.4187/2020 has been filed on behalf of applicants Lakhan and Ajay Loni; while M.Cr.C.No.11615/2020 has been filed on behalf of applicant Nikhil Goyal.

(3.) On behalf of applicant Nikhil Goyal, this is the first application; whereas on behalf of applicants Ajay Loni and Lakhan, this is the second application. Their first application was dismissed as withdrawn on 5.1.2020 with the liberty to file fresh application after recording the statement of the complainant before the trial court.
