JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners before this Court have filed this present petition stating that they are the members of Old Dalians Association and voters keeping in view the Memorandum of Association and Rules and Regulations of Daly College, Indore.

(2.) The petitioners' contention is that some irregularities have taken place in the matter of preparation of Voter List and in spite of repeated representations, the Voter List was not corrected and the respondents are proceeding ahead with the programme of election.

(3.) The facts of the case further reflect that the elections are scheduled to be held on 13/12/2020 and the elections were declared by the Board on 10/09/2020. The petitioners on allegation of irregularities in the Voters' List have prayed for deletion of names of some members from the Voter List and have also prayed for use of Electronic Ballot in place of Paper Ballot. Other reliefs have also been prayed for.
