JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard through video conferencing.

(2.) This is the first application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., for grant of bail filed on behalf of the applicant. The applicant is in custody since 09/05/2020 in connection with crime No. 125/2020 registered at Police Station Khachrod, District-Ujjain for the offence punishable under Section 34(2) of the Excise Act.

(3.) As per prosecution case, the applicant was found to be in possession of 126 bulk ltrs. of country made liquor. Accordingly, case has been registered against the applicant.
