JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard on I.A.No.4371/2020, an application for grant of interim bail to the applicant for two months.

(2.) This is the second bail application u/S.439 Cr.P.C. filed by the applicant for grant of bail. Earlier bail application was dismissed as withdrawn on 22.11.2019 with liberty to move after examination of eye witnesses.

(3.) Applicant has been arrested on 23.08.2019 by Police Station Sarai Chhola, District Morena (M.P.) in connection with Crime No.103/19 registered for offence under Sections 302 , 323 , 324 , 294 , 506 , 34 of IPC.
