JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard through video conferencing.

(2.) This is first bail application under Section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973. The applicant is in jail since 7.3.2020 in connection with Crime No.59/2020 registered at P.S., Afjalpur, District Mandsaur, for offence punishable under Section 8 / 18 of NDPS Act.

(3.) As per prosecution story, the applicant alongwith co-accused harjinder Singh and Satnam Singh was found in possession of 200 gms of opium. Accordingly, the case has been registered.
