JUDGEMENT

(1.) I.A. No. 6771/2020, an application for urgent hearing, and I.A. No. 7405/2020, an application under Section 301 (2) of CrPC on behalf of the prosecutrix, are taken up, considered and allowed for the reasons mentioned therein. Shri Rukuvendra Singh Ghuraiya, Advocate and his associates are permitted to appear on behalf of the prosecutrix and to assist the State counsel in this case.

(2.) This is first application under Section 439 of CrPC for grant of bail.

(3.) The applicant has been arrested on 02/3/2020 in connection with Crime No.63/2020 registered at Police Station Banmore, District Morena for offences punishable under Sections 354 , 456 , 506 of the IPC and later added Sections 376 and 450 of the IPC.
