(2.) I.A. No.9916/2020, an application for urgent hearing is taken up, considered and allowed for the reasons mentioned therein.

(3.) The applicants have filed this first bail application u/S.439 Cr.P.C for grant of bail. Applicants have been arrested on 08/07/2020 by Police Station Teonda, Distt. Vidisha (M.P.) in connection with Crime No.138/2020 registered for offence under Sections 304-B , 34 of IPC.
