(2.) This is second bail application filed by the applicant Anam @ Ibrahim under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail.

(3.) The applicant apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.736/2019, registered at P.S. Shahjehanabad District-Bhopal (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Sections 384 and 506 of the IPC.
