(1.) It is hereby directed that in the cause title of this bail application, Police Station Dehat Bhind, District Bhind be read as Police Station City Kotwali Bhind, District Bhind.

(2.) This is first application under Section 439 of CrPC for grant of bail.

(3.) The applicant has been arrested on 25/6/2020 in connection with Crime No.269/2020 registered at Police Station City Kotwali Bhind, District Bhind for offence under Section 392 of the IPC and Section 11/13 of MPDVPK Act.
