JUDGEMENT

(1.) Matter is heard through Video Conferencing. I.A. No.15532/2020, an application for urgent hearing, is taken up, considered and allowed for the reasons mentioned therein.

(2.) This is the first bail application u/S.439 Cr.P.C. filed by the applicant for grant of bail.

(3.) Applicant has been arrested on 29.08.2020 by Police Station Pandokhar, District Datia (M.P.) in connection with Crime No.156/2020 registered for offence under Section 25 (1-A) of Arms Act.
