(2.) This third application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. has been filed for grant of bail. First application was rejected on merits by order dated 15/10/2019 passed in MCRC No.41058/2019. Second application was dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 20/01/2020 passed in MCRC No. 202/2020.

(3.) The applicant has been arrested on 26/06/2019 in connection with Crime No.854/2017 registered at Police Station Bahodapur, District Gwalior for offence under Sections 420 , 467 , 468 , 471 of IPC.
