JUDGEMENT

(1.) In pursuance of the directions issued by the Apex Court and guidelines issued by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh in the wake of COVID-19 outbreak, the matter was taken up through video conferencing while adhering to the norms of social distancing prescribed by the Government.

(2.) Case Diary is perused.

(3.) Learned counsel for the rival parties are heard. The applicant has filed this third bail application u/S.439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of bail. The first application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 08/07/2020 passed in MCRC No.21339/2020 and second application was also dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 29/08/2020 passed in MCRC No.28648/2020.
