JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard through video conferencing.

(2.) This is first bail application under Section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973. The applicant is in jail since 31.7.2019 in connection with Crime No.75/2018 registered at P.S., Bank Press Note, Dewas, District Dewas, for offence punishable under Section 395 , 397 of IPC.

(3.) As per prosecution story, the complainant has lodged report against unknown persons for assaulting him and his colleagues and committing loot of cash, mobile phones, bike, gas tank, fridge and other articles. Accordingly, the case has been registered.
