JUDGEMENT

(1.) I.A. No.7318/2020, an application for urgent hearing, is taken up, considered and allowed for the reasons mentioned therein. Matter is heard through video conferencing.

(2.) The applicant has filed this first application u/S.439, Cr.P.C. for grant of bail.

(3.) Applicant has been arrested on 14.06.2020 by Police Station Excise Circle Dabra, District Gwalior (M.P.) in connection with Crime No.124/2020 registered for offence under Sections 34(1)(lh), 34(2) and 47(d) of M.P. Excise Act.
