JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is first bail application filed by the petitioner under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail, apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 35/2020 registered at Police Station- Malajkhand District Balaghat for the offence punishable under Section 308 of the Indian Penal Code. IPC .

(2.) Prosecution story in brief is that the complainant on 29.3.2020 went for grazing her cattle near the field of the applicant. When she returned back after taking her cow from the field of the applicant, she came contacted in the electric shock.

(3.) It is alleged that the wire spread by the petitioner/accused.
