JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard with the aid of case diary.

(2.) This is second application under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of bail. The applicant Mahila Rajkumar was arrested on 21.08.2019 in connection with Crime No.253/2019 registered at Police Station Excise Circle Jatara, Distt. Tikamgarh (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Section 34(1)(ka) and (2) of Excise Act .

(3.) Earlier bail application filed by the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 22.10.2019 passed in M.Cr.C.No.38558/2019 with liberty to file an appropriate application before the appropriate Court.
