(1.) HEARD . In this case, the Investigating Officer is not appearing in Court for evidence in spite of repeated opportunities.

(2.) IN such, circumstances, it is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/ with two sureties each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
