JUDGEMENT

(1.) Plaintiffs are the appellants. OS.239 of 1979 on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Visakhapatnam was filed by the plaintiffs for specific performance of contract of sale dated 23-9-1978.

(2.) For the sake of convenience the parties in this appeal will be referred to as per their status in the suit.

(3.) The averments in the plaint, in brief, are as follows:
