(1.) ADMITTEDLY respondents 2 to 4 are claimants Nos. 1 to 3 in the Court below and they have been in continuous possession and enjoyment of the lands in question for over 25 years. It is their specific case that they have purchased the property from one Vasudeva Reddy and that they remained in possession by virtue of their right as owners. No doubt, there is no regular sale-deed executed and registered, But they have come into possession in their own right under an unregistered sale-deed and remained in possession for over 25 yeirs in assertion of their right as owners thereof. Therefore they have perfected their title by adverse possession and thereby their possessory title ripened into one of regular title. Thereby they have got full interest in the property ns owners thereof. Even assuming that initially the lands are inam lands and are governed by the provis'ons of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Abolition of Trams Act, 1955, the appellant is entitled only to compensation under the Act but the persons in occupation are entitled to occupancy rights and thereby they became the absolute owners of the lands. In either case,. Claimants Nos. 1 to 3-Respondents 2 to 4 are absolute owners having full interest in the lands and thereby the Court below has not committed any illegality in declaring that they are entitled to full compensation by virtue of the order under Sections 30 and 31 of the Land Acquisition Act. The appeal is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
