JUDGEMENT

(1.) These two appeals are disposed off together.

(2.) In these cases, the Orange Goli Soda bottles were taken by the Food Inspector for sending the same to the Analyst for opinion. The Analyst opined that the said soda contained Saccharin.

(3.) The prosecution has examined P.Ws. 1 to 3 and marked Exs. P 1 to P 15.
