JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order in E.P.No.13 of 2016 in O.S.No.52 of 2015 on the file of the Court of learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kovvur, dated 28.07.2017. The Judgment-debtor in the above E.P. is the petitioner herein. The Decree-holder therein is the respondent herein.

(2.) The respondent laid the above E.P. in execution of decree dated 06.01.2016 to realize Rs.2,64,900/- against the petitioner. The mode of execution sought is to sell E.P. schedule property under Order XXI Rule 64 and 66 CPC in public auction.

(3.) A terraced building bearing Door No.1-130 to an extent of 114 sq. yards in Sy.No.85/2C in Thallapudi village in West Godavari District, is the property mentioned in the E.P.schedule.
