JUDGEMENT

(1.) A1 in Criminal Petition No.4668/2019 and A2 in Criminal Petition No.4669/2019 are seeking pre-arrest bail in Cr.No.267/2019 of Mydukur (U/G) Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324 r/w 34 IPC.

(2.) The brief facts of the F.I.R. are that on 06.07.2019 at about 7.30 A.M. the accused along with some others attacked the de facto complainant with iron rods with an intention to kill and beat him on his head and left hand. In the meanwhile, the elder brother and brother-in-law of the complainant came and rescued him. Investigation is reported to be pending.
