JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an appeal arises out of the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.1068 of 1988 dated 29.04.1999 by the V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

The suit OS.No.1068 of 1988 was filed against defendants 1 to 7 seeking a declaration that the plaintiffs are the owners of the suit schedule house bearing Municipal No.17-9-125, Kurmaguda, Hyderabad, for possession of the same; for past and future mesne profits with costs. During the pendency of the suit, the first defendant died and his legal representatives were brought on record as defendants 8 to 18.
