JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr.Venkateshwar Varanasi, Mr.M.R.S.Srinivas and Sivalenka Ramachandra Prasad for revision petitioners and Mr.Ajgal Ravibabu for respondents.

(2.) The plaintiffs in O.S.Nos.114 of 2008, 116 of 2008, 117 of 2008, 120 of 2008 and 127 of 2008 114 of 2008 are the revision petitioners. The revision petitioners have filed the suits for perpetual injunction restraining the defendants from interfering with the possession of plaintiffs of respective plaint schedule properties.
