(1.) These three revision petitions are filed under Section 21 of the Andhra Pradesh Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) Act, 1973 to revise the order of the Land Reforms Appellate Tribunal, East Godavari in L R.A.Nos. 56,165 and 221 of 1976.
(2.) The relevant facts are as follows: One Anantna Veerraju, petitioner in C R.P. 183/1977; filed a declaration stating that he has two wives, ; RupuJamma and Veeramma. Through Rupulamma he has two sons, Chakra Rao and Eswara Rao and three daughters, Raghava, Ganiraju and Venkatalakshmi. Chakrarao, the major son filed a separate declaration. Ganiraju and Venkatalakshmi are major daughters. Both Eswara Rao and Raghava are minors.
(3.) Through Veramma, Veerraju has four sons, Abbulu, Rajulu> Satyanarayana and Nageswara Rao. Abbulu and Rajula are majors by the notified date and Satyanarayana and Nageswararao are minors. Veerraju and Rupulamma filed separate dec/rations. The three minor sons, Eswar& Rao, Satyanarayaoa and Na^eswara Rao fi/ed separate declarations represented toy their father, Veerraju. All these declarations we.re considered together and disposed of by a common order. Veerraju gave a statement before the Deputy Tahsildar stating inter alia that his wife, Rupulamma be. got six daughters and two sons, that 5 of the daughters ware married and one son (Chakra Rao) became major and the other son is a minor, that his mistress by name Veeramma begot four sons out of whom two are majors and two are minors, that the parents of his wife, Rupulamma gave property to her, that the other property is his self aquired property, that all his property was divided equally between him and his wife, Chakra Rao, Eswara Rao, Rajulu, Abbulu, Satyanarayana and Nageswara Rao, that he gave Ac. 10-68 cents to his second daughter Venkatalakshmi at the time of her marriage towards 'Pasupu Kunkuma. that she is in enjoyment of it since then, that he gave Ac. 32.27 coats to his first d aughter, Ganiraju under a document datad 4-11-1971 and that she was in possession and enjoyment of the same.
