JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner has filed this Writ Petition praying for the issue of a writ of mandamus in the following circumstances:

AN order in the nature of a writ of mandamus will issue to the respondent, the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Hyderabad, to register the transfer of the vehicle APT 326, in the manner prayed for by the petitioner. The writ petition is therefore, allowed with costs. Advocate's fee Rs. 100.
