(1.) Though the miscellaneous petitions are listed for hearing, the writ petitions are disposed of with the consent of both the parties.
(2.) The questions arising in these two writ petitions being the same, both the writ petitions are disposed of by a common order.
(3.) This case brings into focus how far the office of the Minister for School Education, Public Libraries and Archaelogy, Museums, was abused to subvert the procedure provided by law, in order to bring the Minister's own men into the Trust Boards of the two temples.
