JUDGEMENT

(1.) The appellants / petitioners herein are third parties to the proceedings in W.P.No.31327 of 2024 claiming that they are affected and they filed W.A.No.999 of 2025.

(2.) They have filed an application vide I.A.No.2 of 2025 for granting leave to prefer the Writ Appeal against the order dtd. 21/1/2025.

(3.) I.A.No.3 of 2025 is also filed by the appellants seeking condonation of delay of 200 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the orders dtd. 21/1/2025 in W.P.No.31327 of 2024.
