JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner/wife herein filed the present petition under Sec. 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short, 'the C.P.C.'), seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.37 of 2024 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Avanigadda to the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam for trial and disposal.
