JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Petition under Sec. 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short BNSS?) is filed seeking quashment of the order dtd. 5/3/2026 issuing Non-Bailable Warrant (NBW) to the Petitioner in Case No. SC. Spl/78/2023 on the file of the Court of the Special Judge For Trial of Cases under SCs & STs(PoA) Act-cum-X Additional District Court, Rajamahendravaram.
