JUDGEMENT

(1.) - The Union of India, the Indian Council of Agricultural Research and the Central Institute for Research on Cotton Technology have come up with the present application seeking a review of the order passed by a Bench of this Court on 08-02-2006 in a writ petition W.P.No.17900 of 2005, dismissing the writ petition and confirming the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal.

(2.) Heard Mr. V.R.N. Prashanth, learned Standing Counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Siva, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

(3.) The 1st respondent herein retired from the Central Institute of Fisheries Education as a Senior Scientist (Selection Grade) on 31.12.1995. The 2nd respondent retired from the Directorate of Rice Research Institute on 31.12.1995 as a Senior Scientist (Selection Grade).
