S PEDDY REDDY Vs. BLOCK DEVELOPMENT OFFICER KANIGIRI

JUDGEMENT

(1.) S. Peddy Reddi has filed this petition praying for a writ of certiorari quashing the order of the Block Development Officer, Kanigiri, Nellore District in Rc. No. E2.118/63 dated 27th January, 1963. That order runs as follows :

The petitioner was appointed as an Assistant teacher temporarily in the Zilla Parishad Elementary School, Kadigumpala, Kanigiri Taluk, on 25th November, 1960, and continued in service up to the date of the order extracted above. He was not made permanent. It has not been shown to me that the petitioner became a permanent employee at any time. In his affidavit, the petitioner averred as follows :
