JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Civil Revision Petition, under Sec. 115 of the CPC, is filed impugning the order dtd. 31/1/2017 in E.P.No.97 of 2016 in O.P.No.18 of 1992 on the file of learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Anantapuramu.
