JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Civil Revision Petition has been filed aggrieved by the order, dtd. 20/2/2025 in I.A.No.1387 of 2024 in O.S.No.301 of 2016, on the file of the Court of II Additional District Judge, Guntur ("trial Court" for short).

(2.) Heard Sri A.K. Kishore Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner and perused the material available on record.

(3.) The petitioner herein is the 3rd defendant; the 1st respondent herein is the plaintiff and the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are the defendant Nos.1 and 2 in O.S.No.301 of 2016.
