JUDGEMENT

(1.) A.1 in Crime No.308 of 2024 of Medikonduru Police Station, Guntur District, filed the present application under Sec. 482 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking pre-arrest bail.

(2.) The said crime was registered for the offences under Ss. 115(2), 118(1), 324(2), 79 read with 3(5) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. Subsequently, after receiving wound certificate, Sec. 118(2) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, has been added.

(3.) Case of the prosecution is that on 17/11/2024 at about 9.30 P.M., A.1 to A.7 went to the house of defacto complainant and attacked him owing to small altercation that took place in a function. All the accused said to have beat the defacto complainant with sticks. The petitioner along with others said to have beat the defacto complainant, who lost his three teeth apart from receiving another laceration.
