This revision petition under Sec. 115 C.P.C. is filed by the J.Dr. aggrieved by the order, dtd. 28/1/2025, passed in E.P.No.60 of 2022 in O.S.No.393 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool, filed by the respondent herein under Order XXI, Rules 37 and 38 C.P.C.
