JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the Respondents to regularize the service of the Petitioner on completion of five (5) years of service from the date of joining i.e. from 4/12/1981 till 3/12/1986 and for payment of arrears of salary with all benefits.

(2.) The facts leading to filing of the present Writ Petition are as follows;

Accordingly, the Regional Joint Director, Collegiate Education, YSR Kadapa vide his Letter in R.C.No.2071/A3/2002, dtd. 4/6/2002 forwarded the representation of the Petitioner to the Director of Collegiate Education, Andhra Pradesh along with enclosures regarding her employment as Water Woman since the year 1981. However, no decision was taken thereon.
