JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application filed under Order XLVII Rule 1 read with Ss. 114 and 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short, 'CPC'), seeking to review the Judgment dtd. 29/11/2024 passed by this Court in M.A.C.M.A.No.2888 of 2012.

(2.) The review petition is filed by the petitioner/ appellant by filing vakalat of a new counsel Sri P.Raj Kumar, which was filed into the Court on 9/1/2025, under 'no objection vakalat' issued by the earlier counsel Sri Kuriti Bhaskara Rao.

(3.) Heard Sri P.Raj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and Sri P.L.Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for respondents 4 and 5. Perused the record.
