JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Writ Appeal has been filed against the order, dtd. 28/3/2024 in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.12939 of 2020 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court.

(2.) The appellants herein are the respondents and the respondent herein is the review petitioner in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.12939 of 2020.

(3.) Both the parties in the Appeal will be referred to as they are arrayed in the Writ Petition for convenience.
