JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is preferred by the Appellant / State against the judgment of acquittal rendered by the Sessions Court in Sessions Case No.262 of 2005 on the file of Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Ongole (for short, 'the Sessions Court') by its judgment dtd. 12/1/2006, acquitted the accused for the offences punishable under Sec. 353, 354 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short, 'IPC').

(2.) Perused the impugned judgment of acquittal rendered by the Sessions Court, which is challenged under this appeal. It consisted of evidence of PWs.1 to 10, documents marked Exs.P.1 to P.10, Exs.D.1 to D.3 and MOs.1 to 3.
