JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri B.S. Venkata Ramesh, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners and Sri Venkata Rama Rao Kota, learned Standing Counsel for APSPDCL.

(2.) Sri Venkata Rama Rao Kota, learned Standing Counsel for APSPDCL, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Assistant Executive Engineer, Operation, Mudigubba, Sathya Sai District, dtd. 11/8/2025 along with certain documents. Copies of it are supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioners and the same are taken on record.

(3.) The Written Instructions would indicate that the Official Respondents are not averse to providing Electricity Connection to the Writ Petitioners, provided that the Writ Petitioners pay the necessary charges.
