JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant petition under Sec. 528 of the BNSS has been filed by the Petitioner herein, seeking quashment of the docket order dtd. 4/11/2025 in Crl.A.No.102 of 2025 passed by the learned V Additional District Judge, Tirupati and to recall the NBW issued against the petitioner in Crl.A.No.102 of 2025.

(2.) Heard Sri Kanderi Chethan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State/respondent.

(3.) Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that because of his poor financial condition the petitioner could not obey the condition of depositing 20% of the fine amount as directed by the appellate Court.
