JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioners/defendant Nos.1 and 2 challenging the order dtd. 14/10/2024 passed in I.A.No.2 of 2024 in O.S.No.73 of 2024 on the file of Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Mylavaram, Krishna (NTR) district whereby the application filed by the petitioners/defendant Nos.1 and 2 under Order VII Rule 11(a) and (d) of the Code of Civil Procedure was dismissed.

(2.) For the sake of convenience, the parties to the revision will hereinafter be referred as petitioners and respondents, as arrayed before the Trial Court in I.A.No.2 of 2024.
