Jadav Ganesh And Ors. Respondents

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner filed this criminal revision case by invoking the provisions under Ss. 397 and 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code being aggrieved by the order dated 7.7.2015 passed in SC No. 26 of 2014 on the file of Special Sessions Judge for trial of cases under S.Cs. & S.Ts. (PoA) Act at Nizamabad. The learned trial Court while acquitting the petitioner -accused observed as follows:

(2.) It is the grievance of the petitioner that normally bail bonds to be cancelled only after expiry of appeal time.

(3.) Admittedly, no appeal is preferred by the State in this case. Considering the same, the order passed by the trial Court directing to cancel the bail bonds after six months is modified to the period of appeal. If the appeal period is over by this time, the trial Court is directed to return the documents filed by the petitioner herein.
