JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Appeal, under Sec. 374(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is directed against the judgment dated 26.04.2010 in Sessions Case No. 345 of 2009 on the file of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Kamareddy, whereunder and whereby the appellant/sole accused was found guilty of the offence punishable under Sec. 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short, 'IPC') and accordingly convicted and sentenced her to undergo imprisonment for life.
