JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a criminal revision case filed against the conviction and sentence recorded against the revision petitioner in C.C.No.282 of 2001, dated 11-12-2002 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Mobile), Karimnagar which was confirmed in Crl.A.No.184 of 2002, dated 10-6-2003 on the file of the III Additional Sessions Judge, Karimnagar.

(2.) The revision petitioner will hereinafter be referred as accused in this judgment.
