(1.) These revision petitions are directed against the decree and judgment passed in batch of appeals in ATA Nos., 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43 and 44 of 1984 on the file of , the Dist. Judge, Guntur, dt. 17-4-1984.
(2.) The appellants in the lower court are the revision petitioners herein. They are the respondents in the trial court. The facts that led to the revisions are as follows :

The present respondent filed applications ATC Nos., 13, 16, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, of 1983 before the Special Officer (PMM) Guntur under AP (Andhra Area) Tenancy Act, 1956 (hereinafter referred to as the tenancy Act") for permanent injunction restraining the respondents i.e. the present revision petitioners from" interfering with their possession and enjoyment of the suit schedule lands as tenants of the Respondents. They also filed lAs 2144, 2150 2158, 2160, 2162, 2164, 2166, 2168, and, 2170 of 1983 under rule 19 of the rules framed under the A P (Andhra Area) Tenancy Act, 1956 for temporary injunction pending disposal of the main petitions. Exparte interim injunctions were granted in favour of the respondent herein. They were subsequently made absolute. on 16-3-1984. Against those orders of the Special Officer, appeals are filed before the Dist. Judge Guntur viz., ATAs 36, 37, 33, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43 and 44 of 1984. The learned Dist. Judge confirmed the orders passed by the Special Officer and dismissed the appeals. Against these orders, the present revision petitions us filed. All these matters involve a common set of facts. Therefore, the two lower courts disposed them of under a common order.
