JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Petition, under Ss. 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C. (New Ss. 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023), is filed by the petitioner/A.4 seeking regular bail in Crime No.152 of 2024 of Badvel Rural Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, registered for the offences punishable under Ss. 307, 132, 61(2) read with 3(5) of BNS and Sec. 20(1)(d)(i)(a)(b) read with 20(1)(c)(ii)(iii)(iv)(x), Sec. 36(a)(b) read with 32A and Sec. 29(4)(a)(i) of the Andhra Pradesh Forest (Amendment) Act, 2016.
